Over the course of the challenge, learners apply Steps 10-12 in all eight essential skills as they consider: What skills are required to be successful in the world of work and employment?


They take part in four professional scenarios, including a team meeting, sales pitch and product design session. The day ends with a self-reflection, during which learners write targets for the future.
